Sample Case

Laduma Ubud. This is what our scan produced.

We scanned Laduma Ubud’s Instagram, read the visual identity of the space, and translated it into four daypart playlists. Each one matches a different moment in the venue’s day: from a quiet morning opening to a warm, intimate evening.

The Playlists

These playlists are available for personal listening. Playing music in a commercial venue requires a licensed business music platform. See below for how that works.

How it works after a scan
1
Listen to the playlists
Each playlist above opens in Spotify. They’re tuned for a specific part of the day so you can hear how the energy shifts from morning to evening.
2
Make them yours in Spotify
The playlists are yours to adjust: add tracks, remove what doesn’t fit, or reorder. Once they feel right, they’re ready for the next step.
3
Play through a hospitality platform
Import your playlists into Soundtrack and connect it to your speakers. Soundtrack schedules the dayparts automatically, so the music shifts with the day.
4
Never the same twice
With a refresh subscription like Steady, Flow, Pulse, or Alive, your playlists keep evolving. We send updated versions on a regular cycle. You import them into Soundtrack: same process, always moving.
Common Questions
Can the playlists be adjusted?
Yes. The playlists are delivered on Spotify, where you can add, remove, or reorder tracks before importing them into a business music platform. Something not fitting the room? Let us know and we’ll send an adjusted version.
Why not just use Spotify directly?
Spotify’s terms of service don’t permit commercial playback, not even with a Premium account. It’s licensed for personal use only. For a restaurant, bar, or hotel, a business music platform is required. Platforms like Soundtrack are built specifically for hospitality: they handle the music licensing, and they can import Spotify playlists created by Moodtape directly, so the curated selection transfers without starting over.
How does switching between dayparts work?
Business music platforms like Soundtrack have built-in scheduling: you assign each playlist to a time slot, and the system switches automatically. Morning starts at opening, afternoon takes over at noon, and so on. No manual switching needed.
